Coaching & Leadership Development

What got you here
won't get you there.

At some point, the most important work isn't about adding more capacity — it's about becoming a different kind of leader. I work with executives and leaders who are ready for that kind of growth.

About

Formed by the work.
Committed to yours.

I've spent more than eighteen years in local church leadership, most of it in the unglamorous, irreplaceable work of forming communities that actually hold people. Along the way, I've learned that the health of any organization — church, company, or team — rarely rises above the interior depth of the person at the front.

For the last eight years, I've taken that conviction into marketplace and leadership contexts as a coach. I work with executives, founders, and leaders who have built real things and are beginning to sense that the next chapter requires something more than skill and drive. It requires a different way of being.

I serve as Lead Pastor of Canopy Church in Costa Mesa, California, and as a faculty member at Seven Elementals, a coaching and leadership development program built around the interior life of leaders.

Coaching that works at the level of the person, not just the problem.

01

Go Deeper, Not Just Further

Most leaders are skilled at solving external problems. The harder work is interior — examining the patterns, beliefs, and unresolved stories that quietly shape every decision. We start there.

02

The Whole Person

You don't leave your body, relationships, or spiritual life at the office door. Neither do we. Coaching with me integrates all of it — your vision, your formation, your relationships, and your embodied life.

03

Honest, Not Flattering

The best coaching relationships hold both challenge and support. I'm not here to validate every instinct — I'm here to help you see clearly, think honestly, and move with intention toward what matters most.

04

Practices, Not Just Insights

Insight alone doesn't change people. We identify the specific habits, rhythms, and practices that form the kind of leader you're becoming — and build them into the actual texture of your life.

05

Threshold Moments

Some seasons in a leader's life call for more than optimization. They call for transformation. I'm drawn to those threshold moments — when the old map has run out and something new is trying to emerge.

06

The Long Arc

Flourishing isn't a destination you reach and hold — it's a direction you orient toward over a lifetime. We're not just working on this quarter. We're working on the leader you're becoming over the next decade.

Who I Work With

Leaders who've stopped pretending they have it figured out.

  • C-Suite Executives & Senior Leaders
  • Founders & Entrepreneurs
  • Pastors & Ministry Leaders
  • Creatives & Organizational Leaders
  • Leaders at Midlife or Major Transition

There's no single profile for the people I work with, but there is a common thread: they're leaders who have built something real, who carry real weight, and who are beginning to sense that something essential is missing — not in their strategy, but in themselves.

They're not looking for someone to hand them a framework. They're looking for a relationship — honest, unhurried, and aimed at something more than performance.

If that's you, I'd genuinely like to meet you.
